RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason for your decision.

General Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Unsealed hygiene or sanitary products
- Personalized or customized products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within this period:

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items valued at more than €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
